What exactly is Navigator?

Open group coaching. Twice a month, one hour, live on Zoom, 1st and 3rd Thursdays at 11 a.m. CT. Hot-seat coaching, breakout trios, one Wayfinder tool per month, and support between sessions.

How much time does this take?

Two hours a month live, plus the work you were already trying to do, now pointed in one direction. If you can't make a call, the Captain's Log has the recording and summary.

I'm pre-launch. Is it too early?

It sounds like the most expensive mistake you could make is building for six months in the wrong direction. Heading-setting is exactly what the first month is for. So no, pre-launch is arguably the best time.

What if it doesn't work for me?

That's what the Double Voyage Guarantee is for. Show up to 6 of 8 sessions and complete your Chart Pack, and if you finish without a clear heading and a completed 90-day sprint, your next voyage is free. I keep coaching you until you have it.

Why only 12 seats?

Navigator runs on hot seats and breakout trios. Past a certain size the coaching gets thin, so seats open in rows of three and stop at a hard ceiling.

What happens after 4 months?

The voyage ends with the Course Check. If you want to stay aboard for the next voyage, your founding rate is locked for life. If not, you leave with a heading, a finished sprint, and the templates.

Do I talk to you before joining?

You don't have to, but every founding member gets a 25-minute Compass Call with me in the first 30 days. And if you'd rather talk first, message me. No pitch, just a conversation.
