Before you board

What exactly is Navigator?

Open group coaching. Twice a month, one hour, live on Zoom, 1st and 3rd Thursdays at 11 a.m. CT. Hot-seat coaching (first come, first served), breakout trios, one Wayfinder tool per month, and support between sessions.

When can I start?

Any time. Enrollment is rolling, so there's no cohort to wait for. Join today and your first session is the next 1st or 3rd Thursday, and your 4 months start from that session. Sessions run all year.

How much time does this take?

Two hours a month live, plus the work you were already trying to do, now pointed in one direction. If you can't make a call, the Captain's Log has the recording and summary.

I'm pre-launch. Is it too early?

It sounds like the most expensive mistake you could make is building for six months in the wrong direction. Heading-setting is exactly what the first month is for. So no, pre-launch is arguably the best time.

What if it doesn't work for me?

That's what the Double Voyage Guarantee is for. Show up to 6 of your 8 sessions and complete your Chart Pack, and if you finish your 4 months without a clear heading and a completed 90-day sprint, your next 4 months are free. I keep coaching you until you have it.

What happens after 4 months?

Your 4 months end with the Course Check. From there, your agreement renews automatically for another 4 months at the same rate ($997 in full or $250/month), and you keep working with the crew. If you'd rather step off, email me at info@bushongperformance.systems any time before your renewal date and you won't be charged again. You leave with a heading, a finished sprint, and the templates. Either way, it's your call.

Can I get a refund?

No, and that's on purpose. All sales are final. Commitment is the point of this room, so if you're in, you're in. The Double Voyage Guarantee is a re-do, not a refund: attend 6 of your 8 sessions and complete your Chart Pack, and if you still finish without a heading and a finished sprint, your next 4 months are free. Cancelling stops your next renewal. The 4 months you're in are not refunded.

Do I talk to you before joining?

You don't have to, but every member gets a 25-minute Compass Call with me in the first 30 days. And if you'd rather talk first, message me. No pitch, just a conversation.
